Labour earns Champion status for Lambeth's Supporting People

Lambeth's Supporting People team has been awarded Regional Champion status by the Department for Communities & Local Government (CLG). The Lambeth Supporting People Team is the only London borough and one of only nine in the country to receive the award.
Labour Councillor Donatus Anyanwu, Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Services, said: "This is a recognition by government of Lambeth Supporting People team's excellent work. We are leading the way with our governance arrangements and our approach to the Local Area Agreement.
